Has anyone used this camera?
Hey I'm wondering about the OLYMPUS E-500 Black 8MP Digital Camera its a DSLR and seems to have all the bells and whistles needed to keep me busy. I'm just wondering why it's so cheap in comparison to other cameras in this range.

Did you find any help with this? I am unfamiliar with their cameras, but have never heard anything bad either. The price of cameras has come down drastically in the last year, so some pretty nice ones can be found for reasonable prices now.

A photographer friend of mine used to own one of these he upgraded to one that cost about 800. He really likes the old model, though he wouldn't trade it for his new one
 I think it is a good buy, personally. |
