That is an awesome picture. I actually thought about taking pictures, but didn't. I may do that next year. I was holding Jojo back this year while Tracy handed out the candy.

My kids are a blast to take pictures of because they are total hams in front of a camera. I was laughing so hard tonight that is was harder than heck to get the shots! Here are the rest of them if you want to see.

Are you using Photoshop or a similar program to wash out the background in the pics? I am just curious and wondering if you are doing it with the camera or something else.

The only image editing I did with these was to resize them, followed by the use of the unsharp filter to sharpen them back up. Oh, and on the thumbnails I added a shadow against the white background.

I try to let my camera do the majority of the work so I don't have to spend as much time editing.

It was starting to get dark so the lighting was not great, but it served the purpose.

I need to go download them. I only took 1 of each of the boys and they were all bundled up to go so you can't tell...one went as a goalie and the other as a soccer player from Brazil.
