I have this site bookmarked How do you take pictures of jewelry?. I know you said just gemstones somewhere else in the forum but maybe you can get some hints from this site.

Do you have a light box? I have one that cost about $80 Cnd but there are lots of sites on the internet that explain how to make your own.

Once you find the perfect setup I'd leave it up (i.e. find a spot in your place where it could stay) so you don't have to go through the whole experimenting to find the perfect setup stage again.

Thanks For the source, Actually taking a picture of gemstones is quite hard because. picture with perfect cut, shape, color and background is not that much easy I have good light box camera, lighting still my photos are bad. I understand fixing the spot. Taking a jeweler is far easier than gemstone because the jewels has hardness and color matching no transparency gemstone is transparent

Best photo on the internet for gemstone can find from natural sapphire company. they have professional but I can't find a professional to take picture for gemstones from my location.

You might want to try someone from a local photo studio. Those guys are usually accustomed to doing wedding photography over many years & Indian weddings invariably have lots of jewellery - worn on people as well as displayed separately. Ask for their portfolio to see if they've done a good job.
