Hey littleFella! I have to know. Did you play with the colors at all in the 2nd and 3rd shot? Regardless, the 3rd one is by far my favorite in this whole thread!!!! That is an incredible shot and mythical if the colors are real!! Love it!!

I didn't play with colors at all. Only exposure times and some tinkering with aperture. I took over 100 shots of those scenes but I deemed only those 3 worth more than the usual "nice shot". Bad luck struck though, as I lost the originals.

There you guys go again...making me crave a vacation. Well...I'm going to San Diego in September - staying on the La Jolla beach. I'll take some pictures then!

Hey Suz, let me know if the damned seals have still taken over LaJolla Cove. The seals are cool and all but that was a super sweet spot for the kids to swim in the ocean. Seal are protected and when they moved into that little cove, state officials blocked it off! I'd be curious to know. Enjoy the vacation when it happens!

I heard about that. We are planning on checking the beach out.

Absolutely but you do what you have to do. We are actually going for a wedding reception and decided to make it a longer family trip. But when we use to go to Hawaii (husband use to travel - lots of free trips), we would book a year in advance! Now that was a long wait!
