Request
Hello people.
I have a request for you.
I am interested in photographs of cities like New York, San Fransisco, Ontario, you name it.
If any of you has some lying around (preferrably taken by yourself), and you are willing, please post them.
If you are wondering why I am requesting this. I am kind of obsessed by these cities.
As I myself live in a fairly small town in the Netherlands, and I am dreaming of living in one of those big cities once.
Thanks in progress !

Probably plenty if you go to Google Images, Alamy, Corbis, GettyImages, istockphoto, etc also.

I know, and I have already looked some up there.
But what I'd like to see is pictures made by people that life in the town, pictures of less obvious things. Already got pointed to http://theweblicist.com trough pm.
It's a very nice site, thanks again!

A whole bunch as per request (I captioned some). Nothing spectacular, just some snapshots of NYC;

I like them very much!
Do you live in NYC yourself? If you do, could you tell me a bit how it is to live there?
Thanks again,
Jesse

I lived there 5 years, loved it then. As time went by I changed somewhat and I'd hate to live there now, or in any large city. I moved to Canada in 1991 and I live a stone throw away from Niagara Falls, and living here is great.
Good luck with your plans, and be ready to dive when you order a slice of pizza in NYC. They won't serve it to you, they'll throw it at ya.

Here's some stuff I got on a trip to San Fransisco. Granted, the last one's not that great. But if you see it small enough...
