Corrupt card

So, my vacation is over and the end part of my 1gb card is corrupt. That means all my vacation pics are not there

I tried to use software I had to 'get' the pics but was only able to rescue the 133 I could get already.

I formatted the card hoping it would uncorrupt the card and I could then restore my other files.. NOPE only can get the first 133 again.

Anyone have any software or hardware suggestions on how I can get my pics?

-Todd

Oh gosh.... it sounds kind of bad. Looks like I may have to backup my data soon, as I am still on my overseas trip.

I wouldn't want anything to happen here.

Hmm... suggestion to help? Well, not for memory card, because they uses volatile memory, as compared to hard disk, which writes data using magnetic fields. Might be difficult (or impossible) to retrieve corrupted data from such disks.

I'm not sure, but can you bring it in to a camera store? Might be worth a call to check if something can be done. If anyone knows - they would.

Good luck!

I tried their software it didn't work, it only rescued the same files I could get before.

I'll call them and see what's up thanks
