Things to keep in mind when you submit your entries for the challenges.
- You may have a maximum of 3 photo entries per challenge.
- Your full size image must not be wider than 450 pixels.
- We do ask that you use the V7N thumbnail feature.
Although it is not a requirement, we did mention that ideally your entries will be new shots that you have taken specifically for this challenge. This will be taken into account when the winners are selected.

Thanks for the edit, the compliment and the reminder Miss Cricket...
We sometimes get caught up in the act of art and either forget or dismiss these 'rules' you speak of...heh heh
Headin to the waterfront this afternoon for more shots...we have a beautiful rainy day here so they should be great!
And I promise, no food shots!
Angles...what a great concept!

This not really an entry
I just happened to be outside the courthouse, waiting, I thought the lack of wind represented itself.

Cool shot. U know the wind was blowing really good yesterday and I tried to get shots of a flag, standing right underneath of it for the angle and none of them turned out! How in the heck did you get this at this angle? (If I can ask?)

You must keep in mind I was angry...heh heh
But Oleanders encase this pole...an evil poisonous weed brought over to Galveston by the Spaniards...(I may be way wrong about that) but....
I laid down to get rid of my anger and, well, shot up the pole....
Got more flack than deserved by the 'authorities'
Call me stupid I guess

LOL aaah anger, emotions that can produce cool photos
Hmm, laying down got the angle shot anyhow. I didn't think of that.
Thanks for sharing how you got the shot!

Excuses, excuses...
I had intention of nice shots from the boat but wanting to handle a cheap cam, in case of the occasional overboard, I went from cabin a/c to deck and it dewed up like a fat man on a treadmill...
May this be a lesson not only to myself but for anyone taking shots 'asea'...at least in Galveston...
Anyway,
Slightly used camera for sale...(heh heh)

Thanks.
yes, i really fell in the river.
What you don't see in the picture is that I was standing on the trunk of the tree (which is a huge tree which is not standing straight up) to be able to get the angle shot, and as soon as I was done with the shot I went to step off the trunk, slipped and fell forward right into the water. My whole left side was muddy and soaked. Saved the camera tho LOL
Thank goodness I only live a block and a half away from the river, I walked back home feeling like an idiot LMAO.
