I recently purchased the Kodak C813 which is one of the cheapest cameras at Office Depot but seemed like a bargain considering it's 8.2 megapixels. The only way I can take a perfectly crisp picture is to set the ISO to 80 and to take the picture in a well-lit area. It's impossible for me to take pictures at night with this camera because if I set the ISO higher than 80 I will see a bunch of tiny specks all over the picture. Am I doing something wrong or is it just the camera? You can check out the camera description here:
