Whoever is the owner of a reciprocal web directory, you can get listed at Best Directories for free! A reciprocal directory can be something where you charge for different types of listings but reciprocal ones are free, or you approve reciprocal listings only.

Just submit your directory without paying and I will approve it. If you want to be featured, then you have to pay. Submissions to other top categories won't be reviewed except if they follow submission rates of course.

I will let this run for 36 hours, and lets hope I get some quality directories.
