If you submitted a sub-domains or deep links, I can not approve them unless your deep links are really good.

Hi JennyPretty,

Thank you for offering free submissions to your directory. However, when I attempted to sugggest a listing, the below error message generated:

Error: Your IP-address was banned by administrator

Probably this is because I am located in Tokyo, Japan and it appears as though your ISP may have IP filtering enabled to not allow foreign IP addresses. Also, I noticed that there are very few listings within your "Regional" category as well, so if possible, please have someone at your ISP check your proxy/firewall IP filtering and allow non-USA IP addresses to make submissions.

I only ban websites which have fake PR and with adult content, or uses fake domains.

Thank you for your quick reply and I understand your directory's guidelines. However, in this case, this error message:

is generated right after clicking the "Suggest Listing" link and before any website information is input. So, again, it appears to be an active IP filter that is blocking all foreign IP addresses at your ISP's firewall level.
