Thanks for the list. Out of interest do you think UK directories would give any further benefit to a UK site than a directory from another country would? Or would they both have equal weight (on the basis that in every other way they were equal).

I'm considering checking out these, though my site is technically USA based. I guess that really doesn't mean anything does it? The more backlinks I can get to my site from where ever really doesn't matter, as long as they are relevant and good quality.
