If you have good domain name,I think you can sell it no matter wheathr its dot com net or dot in

This site is running on the free website.Are you sure its page rank is 4. It doesn't matter that your domain is TLD or CCTLD etc Depend on the keywords(For ex- hot.com), heavy websites(V7n.com) etc.They may sell at thousand or millions of dollars.

The Domain Name has DJ Bengali which is like If a Name of a DJ is Bengali or a DJ Group is specialised in Bengali Songs then they would be interested to buy it..but it wouldn't have great value as .COM so I would Appraise it greater than $60 ... depending on the Need of the domainer...and your negotiations..

What you think that Domain and Sub Domain page rank are different. Your page rank is unknown as i have already check with it.Either i get the Unknown Page Rank or 302 error.That Page Rank 4 is real or fake. I have check with many of them. With the registrar website and find 0 page rank. Just think that Alexa Rank is 5 million and the page rank is 4.It disturb me with the "www" or without. YOU WILL GET REAL PAGE RANK.JUST CHECK THE PAGE RANK WITHOUT "WWW". I got the page rank 5 for your website not 4 also which looks now fake.You are saying 4 and i am saying 5.Where Real PR is 0.

I think where you are checking the Page Rank it is giving you fake PR...

I have got more sources to check valid PR's..and we all know that the only correct source to provide a Valid PR is Google Itself...

I am amazed why different alexa ranking and google pr of my site disturbs you.They are not inter-related after all.It is also surprising that different pr with www and without www makes you think my pr is fake though it very common with many domains..

Google take the domain with "www" or without, as different.You must have to redirect your site permanently(301) to get the original PR. If you have purchase pr than sorry about the fake rank 4. Where you site is having the 302 error also.Just check it and get it.
