Negotiating Domain Name Prices

Anyone have any experience negotiating purchasing domain names from buydomains.com? or, is it fixed price?

No experience with buydomains.com, but I've found that most people over-value their domains. If you think about it, you can buy a domain for $10 and commit the money you saved to highly targeted, highly converting promotion.

If you are not a company, I don't think they would insist on asking price. Not tried, just guessing.
