Which domain is better?

Hi,

I wish to target KW "home tuition".

I got the choice between

home-tuition-malaysia.com

and

hometuition99.com

May I know which one is better? Or just both the same as both domains also contains my keyword?

Hopefully someone can help me fast as I know which domain should I focus, thanks!

I like the first one better as there is a dash to separate the keywords + a location

If you are going for organic or ppc traffic I would say 1 because dashes help the SE better define the keywords. If you are ever wanting someone to type in your url to visit your site I suggest #2. The problem with #2 though is that the 99 at the end makes it look like it is a url of desperation. Meaning you wanted hometuition.com but 98 other people where in front of you.

you should try "grade" tution, for example Astartution, distinctiontution, tutionforAstudents

I'd go for the '99 myself. Dashes (hyphens really) look better and are easier to read, but I'm convinced they get punished in the search engines.

The one without dashes is much better. That is more memorable one. If you need your web site to be visited chose the one without dashes

The double dash & digit in domain name seems annoying, I think you should check few more domain name..

Yeah, I think you can do better than both of those. Your subject matter/niche is pretty distinct, so you should be able to get something more consise for your url. Keep looking and you'll find something that will suit your needs better.

it depends on who your customers are. "Malaysia" and "99" are vastly different.

First one has dashes in name & it is little bit long from the SEO point of view. Second one is best, it will target the traffic & you get optimistic result in much less time through SEO tactics.

I'd go with home-tuition-malaysia.com because it has your keywords in it. The second one is good because it's short, but really, the numbers kind of hurt you.
Both are good, but I'd definitely go with home-tuition-malaysia.com because of the keywords. I know the dashes aren't great, but the keywords are. Altogether it's a better domain.

domain name do not improve the SEO. That's it. Better have domain name memorable and as short as possible
