Domain renewal problem

Hi, I am stuck with a big problem.. i registered my company domain under the company Creationet.net

My domain expired on 15 September, They didnt send me any expiry notification. So suddenly I have no website, email doesnt work.. When I called them to renew the domain, they refuse to do so for no reason and hung up on me..

I am shocked at their service, and now my business is affected adversely..

anyone can help me, please? how I can renew my domain with another registrar or what can I do now or where I can file a complaint? someone told me to contact publicdomainregistry... but I dont know how to contact them?

help pleeeease! navana

Ok, let's look at this calmly.

1. The Whois info for that domain name shows it expires in May 2010.
2. The registrant info (you) is protected by privacyprotect.org and so is all the other contact information.

So far no huge problem - unless you have lost your registration login info and/or the privacyprotect.org login info.

Now, are you sure you paid your hosting? Well it appears you have because the site is up.

You have bigger problems though now.
A) My firewall stopped your site from running my Address Book.
B) My anti-virus just alerted me your site is trying to access my computer.

Guess you have a new problem of malware.

You can always file a complaint with ICANN but I would give the company a call or shoot them an email and find out what's going on.

I think you might have some other issue because the site is already running fine and also the domain expire in May, 10, 2010 not on 15th Sept 2009.

privacyprotect.org is not a domain registrar. They are providing WHOIS privacy service for domain name owners.

So first you check who is your domain registrar and use its login details.

Secondly disable your firewall and then check. It was happened with me in the past for some sites but now I am working fine with them.

Enjoy

If you don't have the login information for your privacyprotect.org (or whatever privacy service you use) you won't be able to change the registered information with them. That was the point I was making.

I am sorry but privacyprotect.org is a service and this service comes with domain registrar. privacyprotect.org has NO login information as I know.

See the WHOIS of Indian Freelancers. This domain is using privacy services of privacyprotech.org through Sprightly Media. Sprightly Media is a registrar of this domain and it is providing additional service of privacy from privacyprotech.org.

So you need a login info of Indian Freelancers domain with Sprightly Media.

I hope you get my point.
