Ok so I'm wanting to design a forum based website for a particular vehicle. This vehicle is the 4th generation of it's platform. The platform is called F-Body which is the platform for Camaro's and Firebirds since they were created up until the 2010 Camaro. Some info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GM_F_platform
Anyways I have www.4thfbody.com and www.4thf-body.com as they are entirely similar. One key note for each is one is easier to type into a URL without the "hyphen" and the other actually includes the correct way to write the platform. Which one should I go with or do something completely different?

What is the problem if we have domains with dashes?
Harder to remember / type, looks bad and many other reasons

if you think many people are already familiar with the spelling f-body then you should add a dash, fbody4.com is good cause it is very easy to pronounce and of course, remember.
I always create the domain to seo friendly but you have mainly already done this.. so .. flip a coin I would say as of now. Time wasted trying to figure that out could be building your backlinks haha
Good to see another webmaster into fbodies. I would go with something like fbody4.com, it's simple for anyone to remember and has decent keywords. Also you might want to try LS3 or some other keywords. There are so many car forums these days, it's going to be really hard for you to compete. Good luck though.
