i want to sell one of the adult domain and website as it is against the rules of this forum i cant mention there,

but i want to know where i can sell those?

You can buy and sell domains in this section over in the marketplace http://www.v7n.com/forums/domains/

Try namepros... or sedo. I believe they allow adult domains for sale.

I believe you can also use ebay, you do need to state it is of adult nature, and searchers have to confirm their age.

You can. But that one is another marketplace. Use specialized marketplaces only if you want speedup selling your domain names.
