I am contacting you to report a fraudulent user.

The user Souravsinha contacted us about a project and he asked for a down payment to start the project and I never heard from him and our website was never developed since February of 2005.

Escrow is a good thing for cases like this. For a small fee both parties are protected. There are many escrow services out there. Dont settle for escrow.com though. there is better.
