Yes, I know over all I am responsible for the SPAM , third party or not.
Yes, I know I acted like an a hole on the phone and should have quit while i was ahead.

Bottom line: I did not want to be bothered by a self righteous abuse center pin head on a Holiday week end.

The whole matter could have be clear up with a second email.

I have talked to this guys personally in other forums.

One of them was holding a domain related to proxies. And he used PHPoxy, which is an opensource script for proxy access. He got his account froze by GoDaddy.com. He was very angry about all this. And on next day I again saw some other guy who was in same situation by using PHPoxy and GoDaddy Domain.

You guys are scaring the crap out of me now.
I have over 30 or more domains there.
I have not yet had a problem with Go Daddy yet...YET
I dont host there.
I do mostly basic html sites, add some flash, no link farms, no spam sites.
But man if Go Daddy ever froze my account, I would be toast....

I host over at OLM, have two VPS's and many individual accounts there.
So far so good for a few years now at OLM, I have been very happy there, 24/7 live toll free phone support, I can put up to 20 sites, 5 Unique IP's, plenty of bandwidth for about 50.00 per month.
So far so good there, but again, your scaring the crap out of me with your posts on Go Daddy.

I have several hosting accounts at Godaddy including a virtual dedicated server. One of my sites is Joeproxy.com which happens to use phproxy and I've never had a problem. I talk to them regularily about some issues and these things never come up. And if they did give me problems they know I'd pull everything out instantly. I've easily put out several K at Godaddy for registrations and hosting. Thats over the summer, My godaddy use will triple this year too. So I doubt they will be unfair or dishonest for any issues. They do respond to abuse issues though, and it's quite possible there is more to the storie/s than is told. godaddy cant defend themselves either due to privacy issues, So don't expect much responce from them on any particular problems where your not the sole party involved.

I have lots of domains hosted with them and I"ve never had a problem. Perhaps if you'd act more mature, they'd have been more willing to work with you.
