Selling domains...

Has anyone successfully sold domains they own? Or, how can I leverage my over 600 domains to earn money off them?

My primary domain was sold last year, although I kept the content, traffic and users.

It is just a case of whether someone wants the domain name and the amount of money depends on the true desire for the name.

I've sold websites, not domains. Sold several - some for as much as $5,000.

I agree, most end-users prefer to buy fully or half developed sites..

Earning money by selling domains, first of all it will depend on the name itself, its potential and the extension. After that you'll have to find an end user who's really interested in buying the name and willing to pay a good amount for that.

I've sold domain names by posting on doamin forums, sedo, and even on ebay.
Not hard to do but when prices of reach a higher sale price I do recommend a escrow service with some like SEDO just safer for both parties.

I`ve sold, and purchased domains, full sites, etc... from ebay and tons of forums. It can be done but takes time and patience... there's a lot of 'tire kickers'.

If you have 600 domains, you should be able to make quite a bit off them by parking them. Try checking out goldkey, I use them for my parked domains. Or sedo, they will sell it for you and youll make money while they are parked.
