Sniping a domain name

A model I know has her domain controlled by her ex-manager. He owes her a ton of money, and is just generally being a dick.

The whois is incorrect, and am wondering if there is a way to snipe the domain from her manager by using the incorrect whois to get the domain canceled or in some way snipe it from him.

The whois, actually points to HER phone number, and her address, but since she doesn't control the account, this could qualify as incorrect. So it isn't really fake, it's just pointing to her instead of him. Since it does point to her phone number and her address and not his phone number and address, is there a way to use that to gain control of her domain?

She paid for the domain, but he is being a dick, owes her money, and won't transfer the domain.

Thoughts?

Her email, her physical address, and her phone number is on the record. But he controls the account. My understanding is that his email and address needs to be on the domain for it to be "correct".

Is there a way we can use the fact that her name, phone, and email are on the whois to our advantage?

i heart mindy.com is the domain without spaces.

My only plan is pretty weak - I will email or call the guy, and claim that the model and I had a falling out, and I want control of the domain to make sure he doesn't have to pay for renewal costs and that it doesnt expire so she doesn't get it.

But that's a pretty weak strategy. He has no value for the domain other than he keeps it from her to piss her off.

Realistically a registrar is going to ask you to go away and sort it yourself.

I think you should get your model front to sort out this disagreement with the current owner.

It's annoying I know but realistically if the domain is in an account that he controls there is not much more you can do!
