Smile Value of a domain based on a keyphrase that is searched 180 times in overture? :)

Dear friends!

What do you think about the value of a domain name based on a keyphrase that has been searched 180+ times in Overture and has more than 200,000,000 results in Google for its "exact phrase"?

Please post your opinions!

Thanks! Have a good day!

Regards,
Rick J.

Do you mean 180 searched within a given month? If so then I would tend to think of it as very low value for getting visitors and with 200,000,000 results makes it even worse.

I try and find a word that has been searched 200,000,000 times and only has 180 results in Google, if you see what I am saying?

^^ Bang on Target

@sitelake,
Mate, what Bingoballs is trying to convey is that the keyword you are targetting is required by very less people, whereas your competitors for the same keyword are many.
You should find a keyword which has lesser competition and is needed by many people! So for example 200,000,000 people search for a keyword and there are not even 180 results on it? With proper SEO you can easily leave all those Sites behind and be on top, and once you are on top, imagine the amount of targetted traffic you will get This is what us SEOs have termed as "niche" which means an un-explored or a lesser explored side of the market
So we can conclude that there is no point in buying that domain, unless you have something in mind that you want to start on that website or are ready to spend tonnes on SEO!

I understood the "niche".
