Domain name decision
As we know word "google" cannot be used in domain name because it is copyrighted or whatever by Google Inc.
So how to know for other words or to confirm that these keywords are not violating anything. And will go smoothly in future.

i think the best guide is yourself... if you're not choosing the name based on some copyrighted keyword that you know, then you should be ok...

You can use Google in the domain as long as it's not confusingly similar to Google's domain. So something like "Google-Watch.com" or "Google-review.com" would be perfectly ok.

Hmmm
It means there is no problem with using copyrighted names sensibly?

You could be getting onto thin ice with this approach. A lot of it seems to depend on corporate policy. Ford and eBay are two that are known to make loud legal noises at anyone using their names, even in the way suggested above.

That’s exactly what I thought. I bought the domain in-diggnation.com for a project that I was thinking on starting and have had a lot of people tell me that I can get into trouble for this.

Why would you get in trouble for it?

I know, there is no reason why I can’t use that domain. People have told me that because it has the word Digg and obviously diggnation, that belong to two sites that we all know, this could give me problems because of copyright.

Could be. It could seem "confusingly similar" to a judge.
