Is this a worthy site?

Hey guys. I am really interested in this music site for sale it recieves over 5000 unique visitors per day. It is a very successful site it appears on the first page of Google for its main keyword. He makes about $500-$1000+ with out doing anything. It earns around $1000+ when updating.

It is also comes with a great domain name called pinkfloydstore.com to sell Pink Floyd merchandise. it also comes with pinkfloydchat.com. The price I am offering He is asking for a price in around 30k but he i accepting my bid of 28k.

This site is purely to do with my hobby this will be both for fun and to make sone good money. I have the confidence to work on this site and do well with selling my own products to make money.

Is this an interesting possibility?

Did you buy it? It sounds good, be sure the traffic isn't fake, ie; purchased traffic crap. Make sure you get to see his referrals.

I see it ranked for rock posters but didn't go any farther than that.
"Rock posters" gets about 75 searches per day. So, I'd carefully check the max amount of traffic available for all the targeted words.

Make sure to look at that stats. Something doesn't sit right with me about this, but it's out of my area of knowledge.

Is the site making $1000 per month, per day, ???

No the earnings he recieves are per month. This makes the whole thing more realistic. But I am sure you can earn much more that that if you introduced more monitizing models as opposed to just adsense. What do you think?

I agree that its alittle too expensive for what it is making now which is $700 p/m but this is WITHOUT any work done on it. And it is one of the most popular sites of its kind. I am buying it really for the traffic which is over 5000unique visitors per day

If I introduce my own money-making methods the revenue should rise considerably. do you guys agree? - Plus with the great domain name 'pinkfloydstore.com' you just can't beat it. It is not just any site making between $500-$1000 per month it has a nice unique theme to it.

I offered 27k and he gladly agreed
