$50 is a high price for a domain that you cannot pronounce. I'd take the $50 if I were you. Also, the sound of w and the sound of u aren't similar at all; you definately cannot compare a domain like lucky.com to your lwcky.com. If one could try to pronounce your domain, it would sound like lwicky or lwecky.
