help me please

Hello,

I have a problem regarding DNS server .

I have a domain name called riskattack.com

I recently change the DNS infomation.
Now it almost 4 days but stil domain name dont get my new server contents.

But the thing is website can see via a proxy server.
just do webe.biz and type riskattack.com and you will see it.

Website is a game website. many players mailed me that website can see only some people at the same time.

Do i need to change my hosting? i have a reseller plan. Master account is riskattack.com
When i check riskattack.com from my office it is working. But not working at my home


Please advice me

did you delete the old dns? and replace with new or just add new dns?

sounds like the domain is resolving off both the old and new dns.

Check out your domain at dnsreport.com

Your expire time seems to be set to 4 days, so it will take up to 4 days for users to see results.

1 day is more normal.

I tend to wind the TTL down prior to a change (a day or so before) to say 5 minutes and then wind it back up afterwards back to 24 hours so that the dns expires quickly and people see the new dns when making an important change such as changing the ip of the web server.
