Godaddy cancellation confirmation

Hi Everyone

Just registered some domains at godaddy.com and a couple of hours after i received the following email please see bellow
Does anyone have an idea of what this might be
I haven't requested for any cancellation
Is this a fraud?
Has someone hacked my account?
Anyone else experienced anything similar.

I am using a dutch webhosting company, they have excellent support. So I'm not planning on changing host yet when my next year of subscription comes.
However they dont really match the 1tb bandwidth and all. That part is the only downside though.

If you dont like the godaddy support, complaint about it. If noone tells them their support lacks quality they wont change it. If you tell them it needs to improve they'll know they need to act.
I have heard many good things about godaddy though.
