RegisterFly down? What's going on?

Hello everybody,

Does anybody have any idea what's wrong with RegisterFly? I've tried to renew my domain names and register 2 new domain names and I just keep getting a Failure email message. I know my credit card is good, the domains are not registering. I've also tried different CC, the same thing. I've posted a ticket for support and as of right now (Feb 2

I'm waiting for a responce since Friday, Feb 23. Called tech support, out of about 100 times I was actually able to get ahold of RegisterFly support. Other times my call would be redirected to some kind of free phone directory or a answering machinge saying the phone number is invalid.
Anyway, called tech support, they said, they have some kind of hardware failure. It seems a little strange to me, that they could not fix it within 2 weeks??? Does not make any sense. And, ticket system has nothing to do with payments and domain registration/renewal. What's wrong?

Thanks, trying to do some research on Namecheap and eNom. Can't find prices on eNoms web site and can't find contact phone # on Namecheap's web site.

Who would you suggest going with?

I suggest going with namecheap, which is now the only registrar I am using. I trust them more than any other service. Registerfly has lost its customers 10s of thousands of domain names. It´s amazing that they are still in business.

Yeah the Feblove coupon does not work. I tried it the other day and was shut down

Hello everybody,

Just logged it to my Regfly account and looked at the open/closed tickets. The ticket I've opened up couple weeks ago is totaly deleted from my account, like I never opened it. Well... Right now waiting for confirmation emails on my transfers the hell away from RegisterFly.

ICANN withdrew its acredition to registerfly. begareful where you register. I usually prefer godadday or www.reggdomains.com
