What's a parked domain?

what does that mean?

www.juggopop.com is the main domain of Juggopop.com. But you can also access the site via www.meltedplastic.com

actually , I think "parking" means it is just sitting there, no web pages, no nothing. You can "park" it there for no charge or a small charge, until you decide if you want to use it for something.

In this case of the original poster's question, it refers to the esample I provided. But in common domain terminology, it means just parking a domain on a placeholder type page.

The item the original poster refers to is better described as parking one domain on top of another.

well, thanks for the support, but that isn't what I was talking about. I am talking about what "Parking" usually means. It means that you have registered a domain name, but you don't want or need web space (hosting) for it .
You have to have it attached to some DNS numbers somewhere, so different hosts will let you use their dns to "park" it for a while. Some charge, some don't, but you get no web space, no email ,just the DNS.
