Namecheap customers here?

Hello.
I'm looking for feedbacks of NameCheap.com. They seems to be large company. Are there anyone who uses their service.
All ideas will be appreciated.

What services you are talking about ? I have registered some domains before from namecheap, overall no problem. Free push also available. What else you want to know about their service ?

I've used NameCheap to register 5 different domains over the course of 3 years and I've NEVER had an issue.

I did have a problem with them the first time I used them, but I'm not sure if it was them or their credit card processor. Registered 6 domains, and after they billed me they canceled the transaction with no explanation. Contacted them by mail and I got a response that they had to check if it was fraud. That was no surprise to me, as I'm from a country that gets that a lot. However I don't do fraud and the transaction was legit. Them canceling the transaction without even trying to verify if it was my card was annoying as hell.

Not to mention that I had to order the domains again after they verified me, and the $45 spent there in the first transaction I never saw again. I was supposed to get them back in 2-3 weeks but I never saw them on my debit card again. Mailed them after 3 weeks and asked them where was my refund, but never got an answer back. The only problem I had with them but I never recommend them to my friends since then, even though I use them.

Generally I am happy with their service. No issue. Helpful when you approach them with questions.

I have 16 domains with Namecheap and have never experienced any issues. Great service and I recommend them.

no problem and their free whoisguard helps out a lot

Agree, There's a great feature of Namecheap.com. Is it free from godaddy as well?

I've been using them alot lately. I like that they seem to always have a coupon available. The free push is nice and I've been very happy with the quick response to emails. So far not a single complaint.

I have had dozens of domains go in and out of NC for many years now and never a problem. They are a very reputable registrar (enom reseller actually).
