Jacked. Your domains are gone. Dealing with namecheap won't do a thing. You will need to convince the new registrars that they were stolen which is near impossible because they don't really give a shit. If the domains were worth money I suggest you hire a lawyer to start the legal process as it's the only thing the registrars respond to.

Exactly what labrocca said.
It seems that your domains have been stolen due to your account being hacked.
Namecheap will not be able to do much if this is the case.
Hope you get them back

Why can't namecheap.com get it back if it was registered with them?

Kind of scares me, I have a few domains registered over there. I have so far loved it, great control panel, and good prices, and when I needed support it has been good.
But if there security is bad, then maybe I should think of getting my domains out of there?
Anyway, I hope anyone who got their domain hijacked gets it back, I can only imagine how bad that would feel.

You will be hardly able to get any reviews yet, as they have just launched hosting services. I guess it will take at least 3-5v months to get any reviews of namecheap.com.
but plans do look nice

I think it might be especially good for those wishing to keep all eggs in one basket.
