Error changing name server at registrar
Hello,
For the past few days I have been trying to change the name servers that are associated with my domain. I go to the registrar, login and then go to the Domain Manager and click on Change DNS/Hosting Info. After I enter the NS for the Primary Host & Secondary Host and then click Next I get this error:
An internal error has occurred on the domain EVEREST63.COM please try your request again later. Error: 552 String: Not Allowed


I have emailed support at my registrar, but have not heard anything.

Could you tell us what format your putting the name server info in with?

And are these nameservers registered nameservers? You cant just put any ol servername in there for name servers.

yes, the above name servers are registered and are used by another domain as well
