Please appraise Vuwl.com (Established Site)

Hello everyone its nice talking to you. Could anyone be kind enough to give me an appraisal for my domain Vuwl.com please as im looking into selling the domain along with the website.

4 characters and no numbers

its a .com

approx 3500 - 4000 unique visitors a month with proof from statcounter
current pagerank of 1 but will most likely go up on the next update to a predicted 4 or 5 apparently but obviously dont hold me to that.

its prenouncable and brandable

its currently a web directory with a webmasters forum and website tools.

If i sell i would like to sell with the website, members etc (currently 1681 members)

its only been online for just over 4 months.

oh i forgot to mention that it also comes with Vuwl.net, vuwl.org and vuwl.info

You need to tell us about the revenue as well, if you want it to be appraised as an established site.

Ahh right the revenue is around $90 in the last 3 months which isnt alot but I do only charge a very small amount so once it has a higher PR whoever owns it can charge higher. The $90 was only from featured links, its also made about $10 in adsense.

You'd have to show revenue proof, but with that kind of revenue, i think you can at least mid $xxx for this site.
