Any Ideas for this domain name?

Hey everyone. I own this domain name and i'm not sure I know what to do with it. The name is heyneighbr.com and I purchased it thinking I might want to do some social network type thing with it but I am not really a web developer so I don't even know where to begin to develop this thing--Any ideas?

Sorry, to say this but i don't really like this name, it is a misspell. But if you're determined to develop this name into a social network you can use this script.

I've worked with clients who bought much worse. With good marketing & SEO you can sell anything.

If I was targeting this domain at a realtor, I'd find a free wordpress theme that was real estate related. Throw up an about me page, a listings page, testimonials, and a contact page. On each page towards the top I'd put a Domain For Sale image that links to the contact page. Put a fair amount of good content on each of the pages and work on getting the domain to rank.

I think it would be hard to get the domain to sell on just the name alone. However, if you make it appear as a package buy then you'll have a good chance. You'll just need the domain to build age and rank.
