Domain Transfer - Recommendations / Reviews?

I represent a company which handles very large accounts for corporate clients. Over the years we had been using GoDaddy for domain registrations, however their service is horrible and we've pretty much had it with them.

My question is I know there are tons of domain transfer companies out there (ie. register.com, networksolutions.com, netfirms.com, domain.com, etc,...).

3 criteria:
1. good customer support
2. can set up email accounts that use their own SMTP servers
3. reliable, no frills/gimmicks

we have about 100 domain names to transfer. price is not an issue. we just don't want to bother transferring domain registrars again.

as a side note, those companies i mentioned in my post...the reason i'm hesitant is because most of them have more questionable or negative customer reviews than positive ones. i guess though that negative PR always makes it to the surface over positive PR.

Have a look at Eurodns.com. They offer transfers for free for most generic domain names.

Send a message via MSN to megamoose
I changed from GoDaddy a while back simply because one day I tried NameCheap and thought the design was way better than GoDaddy. That's how shallow I am Looks over function

But TBH I am pretty impressed with NameCheap. I've never had any bother with them so I can't really say what their support is like. However a few days ago when I tried transferring a domain and there was a weird message came up. I made a support ticket and it was answered in a few hours explaining everything.

So NameCheap are alright and I won't be leaving them any time soon.

If price is not an issue, then i would recommend http://gandi.net, each name will come with free email hosting. Customer support is pretty good as well.

I suggest you apply a domain reseller at enom or resellerclub.
You can control all your domains.

I recommend mydomain.com, it's a ICANN accredited registrar with user friendly control panel, further more u can a free private registration if u transfer to domain to them. Just a hints to give u mydomain.com have a coupon " htmli.info " (without "") which will save u 15% in your entire ordering.
