Why can't I transfer .asia domain now, I'm registered by Godaddy

I tried 'Initiate Account Change' but at the end of the 2 steps after entering all the new registrant information and email, it prevented me from changing all the information and transferring by saying:

Initiate Account Change
Selected items could not be processed.

Requested action is not allowed for this TLD (domain extension): xxx.asia



What is wrong? Do I have to wait a certain period before I can transfer it to another owner?

you have to wait 90 days (approx) before a change of .asia domains are allowed.

Right now, .ASIA domain can't be transfered in GoDaddy and WWD resellers.
