Domain Name Transfer Question

I will be transferring the domain name to the new owner shortly, my question is if the small amount of programming code will transfer along with the domain name. I had a bit of small programming work done through a friend on the back end, but is was never published live. Will the new owner be able to view all of that back-end work, or will it just be the domain name that is transferred to the new owner?

if you are pushing domain to new account, no other files are attached to it... I assume your "programming codes" are pages written in php, html, etc, so they are in no way linked to your domain

All files and code are on your hosting account. This won't be changed or accessible to the new domain owner in any way.

domain and web site transfers are considered to be different things, however if you transfer domain name only you will not experience any downtimes as DNS settings are usually transferred as well.

Yes, if you transfer a web site from one hosting company to another one, just update nameservers for this domain
