www domain name problem

my website opens perfectly if I simply type http://designspebam.com
But it won't open if I type http://www.designspebam.com

I've tried to solve the problem from information available on the net after I googled on the topic. All of the tutorials talked about a section called "Total DNS control" in Go daddy which I'm not able to find in godaddy.

Can anyone help me how to solve this problem. I'm using google partnerpage service for my email. I'd to change my CNAME for that. The problem started after that.

No, my domain is not forwarded to any other domain.

have you tried to contact your domain registrar company and clear up this question with them? What do these guys say?

It's not a .htaccess problem, www.designspebam.com points to ghs.l.google.com [72.14.207.121], while designspebam.com points to 74.55.4.114, make sure you have a www record in the DNS pointing at the same IP, make a CNAME or an A-record.

I'm using google partnerpage solution for my email inbox. That's why it's configured to point at ghs.l.google.com

I'm a novice regarding all this domain thing. I've taken the domain from godaddy. In all the tutorials I've gone through to solve this problem, I've always come across the term "Total DNS control" which I can't find anywhere in my godaddy account.

Can you please tell me a step by step procedure to solve this problem?

NP. It seems the current DNS servers are NS1.PLUSBRAIN.COM and NS2.PLUSBRAIN.COM, so your changes in Godaddys DNS's doesn't matter, but maybe you are trying to change to Godaddys DNS servers? Since your domains is registered at Godaddy, you can do this there, look for the "Domain Manager", and change to their default nameservers.
