Our company invested in 3,300 premium .asia domain names during the Landrush period (mostly generic English dictionary single words). About 2,750 of those names had more than one application and will go to the private auctions.
We believe .asia has a huge potential and hope to win as many .asia names as we can.
We invested more than $100K so far. Assuming that average premium domain name goes for $400, we are looking at an additional $1.1M investment. We are a successful company, but typically don't keep this amount of cash in a bank account. Thus, we are looking for partners. We expect to hold the names for 2-5 years and then resell it with a 5-40 fold profit. Profit will be split 50/50.
