I think estibot is off a little bit with these domains. Maybe try getting a professional appraisal if you're serious about selling them.

throw them up on sedo and see what happens.
2 word .coms seem to seel reasonably well.

Estibot overestimates the domains sometimes. These domains are part of this category IHMO
