It is not matter of registrar or hosting companies. It is not easy to get high ranking positions in search engines once your website is launched in web. Why would hosting companies or registars have anything to do with the coding on your site? You basically decide what the search engines will crawl. If you domain is black listed from a search engine then that is obvious. As far as getting crawled it usually takes one of my sites a couple days to get indexed by google.

Some things to do to speed up the process would be to create a sitemap and submit it in the webmaster tools in google, submit the url to search engines, if you have adsense add it, buy traffic, get feedburner, submit your rss feed to as many places as possible, dont use frames, ect....

The list goes on and on. The basic thing is make the search engines WANT to crawl your page. Make it look like you are the next big thing and you will have no problem getting crawled and indexed.
