GoDaddy Invoice Issue!! IMPORTANT!!

Did you notice that when you register and renew a domain name with GoDaddy their invoice shows only the date of the payment transaction and for how many years you renewed the domain name, but DOES NOT show from/to date when domain was registered and when it expires! I think that could be a potential trouble! Everyone should put pressure on Godaddy to correct this.

most people here do not use godaddy because of their terrible practices. maybe you should migrate.

Agreed. I ocasionally use them to by domains via auction, but other than that, i avoid them like the plague.

While it certainly would be nice to get that information directly from GoDaddy and they should provide it, the expiration date can be confirmed in the site's whois record.

I think that you need to contact them directly to make sure everything ok. If something wrong move to the another provider with clear scheme

It seem that customer service become more and more important. That's why I paid lots of attention when choosing the domain name registrar. And think that I was right.
I think that you need to find domain name registrar with good cuystomer service and sibername.com is the one of them and I recommend them.
