Over the past week the site has received nearly seven million page views, but I'm having a hard time finding an advertising network that is able to pay good money.

I tried applying to AdSense twice, but got denied both times with the same reason, "not enough content".

I started using Chitika about four days ago, but I have gotten unsatisfactory results so far, with CPC being under $0.01 even though most of the clicks were from United States and Canada. I'll probably wait for a while, and if I'm still receiving bad revenue I'll probably try something else.

I tried applying to Infolinks, but my application was disapproved.

Since the site pays users the site isn't probably fit for every ad network out there.

The sites use some method that doesn't use 100% fill rate, but use "back-up" ads.
Ok I understand that much. But I'm suppose to set up ask prices and the back-up ads ask price. I have no idea how to set that up. Now when I say I don't know how to set it up, I mean I don't know what to consider in setting up these prices. I'm pretty much just plugging in random prices and really don't understand what I'm doing.
Could someone give me some insight as to what all the things I'm setting up are (like what AskPrice and Floor Price and eCPM and any other terms I need to know). Or, if you could point me to some resource that would help me that would be cool too.

i have a questions and answers site similar to yahoo answers or stack exchange and it has been getting good traffic recently and i am thinking of monetizing it. I am from India and the site is just a few months old and since Google has this rule that your site should be at least 6 month old policy for India and some other countries i can't apply for Google AdSense. And i was thinking of infolinks inframe ad's. i did some internal testing on one of test my blog and asked my vistors opinion and the feedback i got was that they absolutely hate intext ads but they don't seem to have any problem with inframe ad's, so i am thinking of using infolinks inframe ad's on my site. So what do you guy's think.....?
