Hello
I'd be grateful if anybody can help with this.
I recently purchased my original .com domain name from vistaprint where I’d built my first website. I want to publish my new website I’ve built with Yola.

The domain name is now with manage.opensrs.net – transferred there by vistaprint.

I have built a website with Yola and am told I need to point my domain name to Yola for hosting – and to do this I need to get the registrar to change the name servers by creating an A Report.
There is no support with the opensrs site however they do say this in their info:

“Manage Name Servers
Controls which ISP or Hosting company is designated as the primary/secondary name server. If you are unsure of how to use this feature, please refer to your ISP. You can add a username and password to allow your ISP to get in and change your Name Servers for you if you like.”

When I login to this area there are three addresses “ns4.vpweb.com” numbered 2,3,and 4. There is nothing referring to an “A Record”.

My ISP is Telstraclear who say I need to contact opensrs.

Yola tells me this:
“Yola does not provide you name servers as we are not the managers of your domain, we simply host your site. We only provide you with an IP address. Your domain name registrar needs to provide you with your name servers and you then point your site to us by setting up an A record. You will need to contact your domain registrar and see if they will allow you to modify your A Records.”
Can anybody help and tell me what to do first? Then next

I got a domain at 1and1.com. A week ago it expired because the 1and1 payment system doesn't accept my Paypal payment.
They want a credit card added to the Paypal account that is making the payment.

What can I do now? I don't have a credit card!

I am so afraid of loosing the domain because I have spent thousands of hours to promote it.

Is there any other way to get it?

Can I transfer it to another registrar now that the domain is considered expired?

What I want to know is the EXACT date and time that a domain was renewed
I don't see that information in the whois and I've been googling to see if this is possible, but I'm not finding anything.
Thanks,
