How can the he/she have a sex change and not have a penis. Also, I don't have any idea how he/she would have giving birth if she had a penis and ovaries. All this confuses the heck out of me.

Was the person just a cross-dresser or did they have there breast removed?

If they are just a cross dresser then it's not all that odd.

I don't understand something about some homosexuals. If a person is gay it means they like people of the same sex. Why if they like people of the same sex would they want to change their gender? Because they like people of the same sex.

Good question. Apparently this is a case of flip-flopping. This person is somehow close to the very center of the equation where it's easy to fall one way or the other, how, I don't know. It's likely due to more than a simple x/y chromosome problem. Something specifically contained in the brain may perhaps be partially responsible.

A very good question raised. I myself couldn't understand why they need to change their gender. Sometimes I think they have a psychological problem or because of too much freedom they go beyond the horizon. They can't accept what they are that they wanted to be someone else. Confusing.
