It seems a lot of people are fans of eggs, milk etc.
Many people do not eat breakfast which I think is not healthy.

True! Studies emphasize the importance of breakfast. It's okay to skip lunch just as long as you had a filling breakfast. I think people like eggs because it's a satisfying food.

Trivia (for those who don't know it yet)
Breakfast?, a meal that's very important to us. Breakfast means "Breaking the fasting", we all sleep for about 6-8hrs a day or even more, in that instance our body is going in a fasting mode.
That's why experts says that you must eat your breakfast to assure you that you'll have enough energy to start your day...
Hmm, I guest that's about it?...

In this type of lifestyle, i admit i was deprived to eat breakfast. How I wish i can wake up as early as 8am to eat cornflakes or oatmeal.

The most healthier breakfast is porridge with cornflakes and milk - I eat this every morning and feel healthy during the whole day!
