OMG. I would hate to be in your position. You guys make me laugh so much. Next time, bring some air freshener to work. If that doesn't work, just be blunt. Tell him his feet are making you gag. If he tries to put his feet in your face, tell your boss.

Maybe he will get a hint. Or color copy the image and insert it into the Happy Feet Video and hand it to him. It's hard to tell a co-worker their feet stink. They will be forever offended and mad at you.

Sure you can say to him what the problem is, but don't do in front the other collegues. Do it privately. You have this right, besides, it's not good for him either as may be he is not aware of the problem.

I have read that you need to sprinkle some baking soda in your foot or in your shoes before wearing them can minimized odor in your foot

just tell him in a friendly way, i once experieced this with my classmate (a body odor in his case). i told him personally and advice him that what i'm telling to him is for his good sake.
