why don't you try look/research what is the difference of anime characters and cartoon characters and you will see that pokemon characters is not part of cartoon classification.

I think that we are getting a little astray on the topic..

I already that dude but for me I can consider as Cartoon but we know is Anime. And next question to you what do you think in Sanrio Character?

Sanrio Characters are considered anime characters.. everything japanese made animation is considered anime.. whether the target audience is children,young adults and adults alike.. we don't have to argue about that because in the end japanese animated cartoon remains an anime. Cartoon is considered American Animation and NOT Japanese Animation

i used to watch, daddy long legs (judy abot), magic knight ray earth (gma and abs version), bt'x, dog of flanders, the secret garden, heidi, galaxy gobots, remi (boy and girl), cedie, princess sarah, bananas in pajamas (anime?), Benjie, Zack and the alien prince, akazukin cha-cha, cooking master boy, georgie, Charlotte... and also the old school cartoons, that have this famous tag line "just follow the bouncing ball"

hey COMMON SENSE here!!.. as you can see all the bolded anime titles are surely ANIME.. man.. you got to watch more anime and cartoons too see the difference of the two..

i do not have any specific character that i like.. may be i can mention some of them.. My favorite cartoon character are Spongebob Squarepants, Tom and jery kid. they are very funny and interesting

Cartoons and Anime are both animation.

One more difference between cartoon and anime is the mouth movement.
Anime mouths is just opening and closing, cartoons on the other hand has different mouth shapes, it follows the sound of the words it is pronouncing. But since the target is kids they wont notice the difference.

Here's mine: Ken Masters

I always thought that he was strongest in Street Fighter II -the animated movie. Especially when he was under the control of M. Bison's psycho power thus, showing his true fighting potential. But he was also pretty strong in Street Fighter II V: the animated series collection, and Street Fighter Alpha -the movie.

I noticed how Ken never ever got possessed by the Dark Hado. Even in arcade games, somehow they would cheat for Ken.

I remember when I beat Street Fighter I the game. The first time I ever got to the end was with Ken. But the game wouldn't let me beat Sagat because it was destined for Ryu to beat him in the storyline. So after hitting Sagat with like 7 Dragon uppercut punches and like 13 hados, I finally gave up a let Sagat beat me. Everybody there laughed, and said "oh, we forgot to tell you. You can't beat the game with Ken. Only Ryu can beat Sagat. Tee-hee!"

So I waited for everyone to leave, then I started all over and defeated the game with Ryu. I still think that I should have been able to defeat that game with Ken. Even today, I still feel that I was robbed out of the perfect victory.
