I will simply go for a brisk walk if the climate is good; otherwise, I will do breathing exercise that relieves pressure and refreshes me.

For stress relief I do some gardening. Yes I like to hack the heads of weeds and pour salt onto them. I also catch slugs and snails and pour boiling water on them. I have many implements, I mean tools that I keep locked up. I use them and various chemicals in combination to ensure my garden looks good and smells sweet!
