Oxygen is what kills us all in the end and no amount of antioxidants will save us so I am going to stop breathing as of now!!!

According to some cultures, Taoism I think but not sure, if you can hold your breath for 1000 heartbeats (about 17 minutes) you can achieve immortality...

if you don't die of course.

Might be worth to give it a try
